Please also state what country you are located in. We can currently provide in-person assistance to clients in the UK, and remote assistance to clients in the EU, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.


Important

Are you being stalked, threatened, or harassed? Do you have reason to think the perpetrator may have put spyware on your devices, or have accessed your email account? If so, please:

      • Get access to a different device, such as the phone of a trusted friend, or a computer at a local library. 
      • Use that different device to create a new, free email account, and use that new account to email us.
      • If you have used a shared device to create the new email account, be sure to sign-out of the new account once you've finished using it, to prevent any other users of the device accessing it. 

What happens next?

The consultants within SAFE devote a portion of their time to work at well below market rates. So we unfortunately cannot help everyone who contacts us. 

But one of us will read and assess every message we receive. You can expect to receive our initial reply within a few days. If we currently have enough capacity to help new people, we'll email you to arrange a time to speak, either via phone, an app such as WhatsApp, or a video conference platform. 

During that call, we'll ask for some additional details about your situation, and use those to assess what help we can provide.
